 We believe every child and family facing Cystic Fibrosis, mental health challenges, or other invisible illnesses deserves tools that make them feel seen, supported, and empowered.

That’s why we’ve created a powerful library of trauma-informed, family-centered workbooks designed for children, parents, educators, and healthcare teams. Each workbook is filled with practical strategies, emotional support, and creative activities—built from lived experience and a deep understanding of what families truly need.

These resources are already making their way into hospitals, schools, and communities across Canada, giving children the courage to share their stories, manage big emotions, and build strong support networks. 

But there are thousands more families who need them—and that’s where YOU come in.

Our Big Goal: Donate 5,000 Workbooks

We’re on a mission to place 5,000 workbooks directly into the hands of children, families, hospitals, and schools—ensuring no one has to walk this journey without support.
